The property was in a great location as the Trindad metro station was only 10 mins walk away.
There were a lot of good restaurants and bars nearby (within 5 mins walk).
The room we initally booked had really strong drain smell and some flies/bugs inside the screen door to the balcony. We messaged the staff on WhatsApp highlighting this and they were really helpful with changing our rooms. Our new room still had similar smell but the overall condition was much better.
Regardless, the communications with the staff was really good. We arrvied late in the evening but all the information was provided to us via WhatsApp beforehand so we had no trouble getting in.
Marta and Renato had been super helpful in sorting our rooms so really appreciate it.

Overall a really nice appartment, but unfortunately set in a noisy neighbourhood.
