Very efficient & friendly. Even though I arrived after hours they sent me detailed instructions on getting me into the hotel & comfortably into my room. Room was clean had a balcony where I could sit, relax & watch the world go by.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient to the Trindade Station on the Porto E Metro Line. Just two blocks away. There are restaurants in the area as well as a Mini Mercado. Great breakfast. The staff was invaluable in all aspects, including recommendations on what to do in Porto and connections to a great Duro Valley tour company. Room B was amazing.

While the room was OK, it was in the back and just looked into the back of other buildings. Most unpleasant and disappointing.
As well, there was a significant step down from the bathroom to the main area that has the potential to be very dangerous, especially if the room is dark.
