Check in was breeze, apartment was super clean, well decorated, air conditioning was perfect when we walked in.
They set up a portable crib for our one year old, with clean sheets.
The location I can’t get enough of. The street where the place is located is packed with coffee shops, restaurants and fun little shops. The difference is none of they feel touristy, all feel local and original. Besides that you are 5-15min walk from everything you need to see in Porto.
We only stayed one night, so take that into consideration, but this been my second time in Porto, this was the best place so far, and when I return I will probably boom again.

Room assigned completely different from pictured. Every window faced someone else’s’ balcony or room, and the curtains were blackout (no day curtains) so all curtains were closed throughout our stay, which was a shame. No check in instructions, but a staff was stationed at reception at certain hours to let us in. Kitchen well equipped (no real fridge, only a wine fridge.) Fairly well located, with a great burger place around the corner.

Very clean, modern apartment with kitchen and microwave. We loved the location, but the room itself was a little dark. The view was towards neighboring balconies, but it was ok.

We stayed for four nights in May in the one bedroom apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and really nice - the best hotel we stayed at during our visit in Portugal. The location was great - close to many restaurants and walkable to all the sites but also not super touristy. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable (and larger than many other hotels we stayed at). We were able to store our luggage in the lockers across the street (there were two buildings of apartments) as we arrived early. Some other reviews mentioned needing an app but we didn't need one. We had to provide Libere with an email and received a code to enter the building after paying the city taxes and then also received the apartment number and room code at 3pm check in time. The only downsides if I had to come up with some was the shower leaked a bit at the bottom so water pooled under the vanity, the plug-ins by the bed need to be replaced because they were super loose, and the room would have done with some more natural light. All in all, however, this hotel was great and I would highly recommend it! Definitely be staying here again if we return to Porto.
