Good breakfast nice staff

Works going on at front door new floor … lots of dust noise and a cable left at the door for someone to trip Over for 2 days …. Also someone with a Key opens my door at 9am I was just out of the shower … I didn’t hear any knock … but I was checking out that day so no need for cleaners to enter … it was annoying

The staff were really good. Helder in particular was extremely helpful. Everything was clean and the hotel communicated well when our rooms were ready to check-in.

Breakfast was boring. The coffee machines showed errors that cleaning was required. I didn't feel like drinking it because of this.

Friendly staff, comfortable good sized rooms, great location

The location was pretty central and I liked that we had a balcony

There was leakage issue with the shower and the phone was not connected so we could not contact reception. Hence once we noticed the flooding in the room we had to go downstairs and ask for them to help us. They didn’t offer to change the room just sent a person to clean, they used some towels to drain the water and didn’t even leave a mop behind so we were afraid to use the shower again. For the price tag for the room this was unacceptable
