It was near to the Cathedral about 10 minutes walk down hill. Room was basic like Ibis hotels . Breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly. The supermarket was right at the door.
Rough sleepers were just outside the hotel but didn’t hassle anyone we saw.

My mattress was very hard. Would have preferred a bit softer bed.

Location was great, walk to train station down the street, it's like 5 minutes.grocery store at the left of the entrance. Walkable 10 minutes to the center. Basic hotel, it was clean,had a small restaurant but I didn't try it. Its good for sleeping. But bed not so comfy. Like sleeping on a futon. Plenty of towels. Need the key card to go above 3rd floor which is good.
There were no amenities just 2 bottles of multi purpose wash in the bathroom and a hair dryer.No kettle for tea or coffee, no tissues. The air conditioning didn't work properly but the fan blew air. Can be uncomfortable in the hot summer. All the plugs are by the window in my room.

The location is good
Room amenities were close to non-existent. Rooms are very small. Breakfast options were very very limited. The rooms are very old. Definitely need some upkeep.
