Smelly, dirty and overall disgusting apartment
Smelly, dirty and overall disgusting apartment.
1. There is strong smell of cigarette smoke in apartment. All my clothes were contaminated with this smell and dampness. Even after washing, these smells (smokeand dampness) remained on my clothes.
2. The shower was not cleaned after previous guests
3. Although the towels had been replaced, they still stank of dampness, like a musty rag. This is a source of bacteria.
4. The hot water in the boiler is constantly turned off. That is, at some point, cold water suddenly poured on me. It was very unpleasant. The boiler is not suitable for 2 people to take showers even once a day.
5. Water under the sink was constantly flowing onto the floor
6. The door lock closes from the inside after about 20 attempts. the key just won't turn.
7. On the last day of my accommodation, the electricity went out in the evening. And it didn't turn on for a long time. The fuses kept blowing.
8. The host ignores the messages. I had to call booking for help. Only after doing it, the host finally replied. Moreover, the host writes only in French
9. The was 3 toilet papers which are clearly the leftovers from the previous guests.
10. The host asks for 9-10 star review, although, he is aware of all problems. Moreover, he gives instruction how to do cleaners job after leaving the apartment.

The property is very nice, clean and light, with a lovely courtyard.
The front door of the apartment bangs every time someone enters the building corridor - a slight vacuum is created - which is okay during the day, but I got woken up many times during the night. The ceiling does not have much noise insulation, so I got woken up a couple of times by noise from above.

It was absolutely fine but not much more
The location was good, as was the bed/mattress and the size of the bathroom. I am sure with sunnier weather the terrace would have been a place to enjoy.
The house is extremely noisy, the door to the appartment doesn't seal with the floor and the walls are so thin that I heard the snoring of another resident from upstairs. There was only a ceiling lamp with very cold light, no bedside lamp. So I wouldn't call it cosy.

All we expected.
Very central and we found a car park that was only 4 min walk away. It’s in a very quiet area but within less then a five minutes stroll through the picturesque streets you find yourself in the centre. Fabulous square and much to explore from there. Really surprised us. Lovely little outside space to chill after exploring.

Die Tür zum Apartment ist sehr dünn, sodass man alles aus dem Hausflur hört, vor allem, wenn die Haustür geschlossen oder geöffnet wird.

La porte d’entrée n’est pas super étanche a la lumière, additionné au déclenchement intempestif de l’éclairage du hall/couloir. L’endormissement était un peux plus difficile a cause de ça pour moi qui a un sommeil léger.

Немає шафи для одягу. Заявлено, що є праска, але вона одна на всі кімнати, і під час нашого перебування її не було, мабуть, хтось забрав до своєї кімнати та не повернув

L'emplacement et la terrasse.
Équipement de base tel que tire-bouchon non fonctionnel, serviettes sentant l'humidité (odeur insupportable), un seul rouleau de papier toilette, un seul sac poubelle (pour 4 jours), 3 dosettes de café (pour 2 personnes), la lumière du couloir extérieur est presque toujours allumé donc pas d'obscurité dans la chambre, on entends les personnes passer dans le couloir nuit et jour, le lit et les coussins sont inconfortables, la terrasse n'a pas été nettoyé (mouchoirs, nourriture, mégots).
L'emplacement, la propreté du lieu, la terrasse sans doute très agréable quand il fait beau
Logement décevant : tout semble bien pour les photos mais en réalité le logement est inconfortable. Télé impraticable (mal placée et je n'ai pas réussi à la faire marcher); pas de lampe d'appoint ou de chevet (seulement le grand plafonnier); pas de table de nuit, de tablette ou étagère près du lit ou au dessus du lit; douche grande mais aucun débit ; oreillers tout plats et équipement globalement au minimum du minimum. Pas de fauteuil, rien pour poser ses habits. Lumière du couloir qui reste allumée toute la nuit et qui
entre dans l'appartement.

Hervorragende Lage. DAS Highlight der Unterkunft war die individuelle, gut ausgestattete Terrasse. Bei Aufenthalt im Sommer/Frühjahr sicher sehr schön für laue Sommer-/Frühlingsabende. Aber auch im Oktober…nach anfangs regnerischem Wetter… konnte ich sie dennoch zumindest an einem Abend nutzen! Sauberkeit perfekt, ruhig. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!
Les personnes qui ont aménagé cet appartement n‘ont pas le sens pratique! Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig, aber ZU rudimentär. Ich empfehle den Vermietern, einmal persönlich dort ein paar Tage zu verbringen, um zu erkennen, was für einen WIRKLICH komfortablen Aufenthalt (=10 Punkte) fehlt. Zur Info: Habe die Wohnung alleine genutzt, wie man diese zu zweit oder gar mit Kindern angenehm nutzen soll, ist mir ein Rätsel. Ein paar Beispiele:
- Im Urlaub hat man endlich Zeit und Muẞe, um gemütlich im Bett ein gutes (französisches) Buch zu lesen, so der Plan… Fehlanzeige: kein Nachttisch, keine Nachttischlampe, nur eine etwas schummrige Deckenbeleuchtung, schwierig, wenn man Augenprobleme hat… und wenn man denn schlafen will, muss man dann noch einmal aufstehen, um die Deckenbeleuchtung zu löschen, und sich im Dunkeln unter die Bettdecke tasten.
- Ein auffälliges Schild neben der Toilette: Bitte keine „lingettes“ oder Monatshygiene-Produkte in die Toilette werfen (scheint offensichtlich öfters vorzukommen)… Lösung des Problems: Bitte einfach einen Abfalleimer im Badezimmer aufstellen (der nicht vorhanden ist! Darf auch gerne ein billiger von Ikea sein, wie der Rest der Ausstattung). Glauben die Vermieter wirklich, dass die Gäste mit schmutzigen „lingettes“ etc. in der Hand bis in die hinterste Nische der Küchenecke wandern, wo der einzige Abfalleimer steht?
- Gutes Angebot: Im Flur gebe es laut Info Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Aber: Wo soll man seine gebügelte Kleidung eigentlich aufhängen, damit sie auch glatt bleibt? In dem ganzen Studio gibt es nur ein paar Garderobenhaken (3, wenn ich richtig erinnere), keinen Schrank, keine (Ikea-)Kleiderstange und natürlich auch keinen einzigen Kleiderbügel. Allerdings ein völlig überflüssiges Glasboden-Regal mit ein paar Plastik-Dekoartikeln. An dieser Stelle bitte unbedingt einen Kleiderständer oder schmalen Schrank mit (gerne) ein paar billigen (Ikea-)Kleiderbügeln aufstellen! Künftige Gäste werden es Ihnen danken!

très joli logement à proximité du centre à pieds. jolie petite terrasse en rdc. très propre.
pkg souterrain Ste Anne 1 rue derrière et pas très cher.
jolie sdd moderne et très propre. linge de toilette et de lit fournis. cuisine bien équipée avec entre autres 1 machine à dosettes Senseo, Micro Ondes, réfrigérateur avec espace freezer. vaisselle suffisante.
on aurait souhaité 1 petite table avec 1 lampe ou 1 lampadaire à côté du lit. dommage qu'il n'y ai pas 1 petite commode ou 1 rangement d'appoint si on séjourne plus de 24h.
Voir de proposer 1 ou 2 oreillers supplémentaires en tous cas pour s'appuyer car il n'y a pas de canapé ni fauteuil ! on aurait pu prendre les fauteuils de la terrasse.
Quelques assiettes assorties seraient appréciable.

Eine wunderbare kleine einfache Ferienwohnung. Die Terrasse hat einen besonderen Charme und lässt einen herrlich entspannen. Superzentral gelegen, man ist in wenigen Minuten in der Altstadt.
Die Küche könnte besser mit Töpfen und Gläsern ausgestattet sein.

Une Bonne situation géographique et bonne emplacement au centre ville, une fois la voiture garée il suffit d’aller au centre ville à pieds et beaucoup de bar,restauration ouverte et petit magasin ouvert tard le soir
Dans la rue pour se garer manque de place un parking serait le bien venu uniquement réservé pour les locations d’appartement.
Dans l’appartement avec la porte d’entrée on voit la lumière quand les gens rentre un rideau opaque derrière serait le bienvenue ,manque de dosettes pour la machine à café et nous n’avons pas peu nous connecter à la wifi et un peu bruyant quand les locataires descende

Alojamento inserido numa residência de 2 andares com mais alojamentos.
Este alojamento em particular ficava ao fundo do corredor, junto às escadas de acesso ao 2nd andar, sendo que sempre que alguém chegava a luz do corredor era visível do interior do apartamento e em virtude de a cama estar junto à porta, iluminava a cama. Assim como se ouvia algum ruído de quem chegava. Pouco isolamento sonoro.
