Life on the Beach

Check In was easy, flexible and well managed. The apartment is well provisioned but a bit more coffee sachets and sugar would be appreciated. The bed was clean and comfortable but a spare set of linen would be appreciated.

The sleeper couch in the lounge is broken or I couldn't operate it. The balcony floods due to water dripping from the apartments above and the drainage is not effective. Limited coffee, sugar, detergent and spare linen.

Great Location. The nicest apartments are on the upper floors The lower apartments can be a bit dark

Location in Muizenberg is great, right on the beach with lots of eating options. Also, it is easy to get into Cape Town and the Peninsula.

The arrangements for cleaning the apartment could have been made clearer before we went. I think it is a bit mean that we pay extra for simple cleaning like changing the bed sheets and towels, on top of the base rate. Also,considering that it was paid for, I was disappointed that all of the towels were not replaced after cleaning.

Empire Apartment

Great location, and the apartment is spacious.

Courtyard view, looking directly into other apartments. We knew this when we booked, but the windows definitely need net or voile curtains to make you feel more comfortable. Otherwise, it is absolutely lovely and exactly what we were looking for.

Lovely

I loved my stay! The apartment was spacious and fully equipped, along with generous helpings of lotions, creams, cleaning liquids, coffee, tea, oil and vinegar. The whole complex is super secure with wonderful staff.

An ocean view would have put the cherry on top but I was on the ground floor.
