Check In was easy, flexible and well managed. The apartment is well provisioned but a bit more coffee sachets and sugar would be appreciated. The bed was clean and comfortable but a spare set of linen would be appreciated.
The sleeper couch in the lounge is broken or I couldn't operate it. The balcony floods due to water dripping from the apartments above and the drainage is not effective. Limited coffee, sugar, detergent and spare linen.

Location in Muizenberg is great, right on the beach with lots of eating options. Also, it is easy to get into Cape Town and the Peninsula.
The arrangements for cleaning the apartment could have been made clearer before we went. I think it is a bit mean that we pay extra for simple cleaning like changing the bed sheets and towels, on top of the base rate. Also,considering that it was paid for, I was disappointed that all of the towels were not replaced after cleaning.

Location
The fact that after prior communication with staff that I’d check in at 2pm and they confirmed they will be there at 2pm they didn’t arrive for check in until almost 45 minutes later. When I called the WhatsApp number the person on the other side was surprised and said they’ll find out what’s happened and get back to me. I’m still waiting for them to get back to me. This put a massive damper on the entire stay.
