Es el apartamento mejor dotado y decorado en el que he estado nunca. No le falta ni un solo detalle tanto de decoración como de equipamiento. Es absolutamente excelente en esos aspectos.
El edificio estaba en renovación y es un poco antiguo, el ascensor aún no funcionaba, pero se veía a punto de estar disponible. Y está ubicado en un barrio popular. Aun con todo sigo pensando que es excelente.

La grandeur de l’appartement. L’équipement. La climatisation dans toutes les pièces.
Immeuble actuellement en travaux : pas d’ascenseur et pas très propre. Mais les ouvriers avançaient bien.

La casa es muy bonita y acogedora, todo nuevo y muy limpio, con todo lo necesario para tu estancia. En menos de 10 min estás en el centro atravesando una pasarela por el Puerto. Depende de la hora es fácil aparcar en la calle gratis. La dueña estuvo atenta a los mensajes en todo momento y el checking fue muy fácil
Aunque el barrio era muy tranquilo no me gustó demasiado la zona, muy oscuro por la noche y casas muy viejas. Todo el edificio está de obras y han puesto ascensor pero aún no funciona (no hubo ruido durante nuestra estancia). Es un cuarto piso pero parece un séptimo, a tener en cuenta si tienes movilidad reducida. Cuando lo terminen quedará perfecto!
