Nice close to the city center

The flat was very nice and spacious, close to the city centre and with free parking within a 5' walk. The kitchen was well equipped although the dishes and glasses were dirty. The bed was very comfortable, although I noticed the sheets were dirty too, always double check everything. Staff very pleasant and attentive.

Lala Land

The room is in a good location and you will find supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance of 5 minutes. The property offers the proper appliances to cook or have breakfast, but you do not have a sitting area to enjoy it, such as table and chairs. Everything is brand new, however the shower system is difficult to use normally.

They accept only cash and it is not that clear on the booking conditions this part. Also you get a pair of keys, which is not enough, because you have to use them to switch on the electricity, but if you need to leave the room for a while, you have to unplug them again. The kitchen furniture is super narrow, at one point you could not boil water on the stove and wash the dishes too.

Tidy, clean, comfortable place to stay just outside of Zadar Old Town.

Host met me at my requested time to give me the keys and show me the place. Large main room, comfortable bed, newly-made modern bathroom. Large block of flats just off the main drag but you dont seem to share the floor with anyone else. Short walk to the bridge into the old town.

No kitchen facilities which may disappoint others but I dont eat or drink in apartments generally anyway.

Cool small cosy place to stay for several nights

Very close to the old town and city center. Very pleasant staff. Small, cosy room but very modern and new. The ideal place for several nights. There is a stove and oven in the room. The facility provided us luggage storage.

Clean, well presented studio close to Zadar old town

The location was very close to the marina and the old town centre and very easy to get around. The room was more of a studio with a small kitchen area and a sizeable, comfortable bed which is best for people are not planning to cook substantial meals in the room or stay in the room for extended periods.

The booking was cash-only which was not clearly sign-posted on booking.com There was only 1 set of keys which needed to be used for electricity usage. Would have liked two sets of keys.

Pleasant

The place is in a great location, close to the Old Town and the main tourist attractions of the city. The owner is very kind and nice. The apartment is clean, the bed is comfortable!

The apartment is very small for two people, extremely cramped. The most inconvenient is using the same key for the exterior door and the electricity. While I was taking a shower my husband decided to buy something for breakfast and to go out he had to leave me without power in the bathroom to unlock the front door.

Great location - city centre is within walking distance but the room is very quiet. Comfortable bed, good wifi, great bathroom. We had a very pleasant stay.

It's rather hard to find. The place isn't marked in any way - no sign or even a small plaque.
