Great apartment in fantastic location, just outside the old town. Although I had no face to face contact with the owners they were very helpful and explained everything I needed in detail. The apartment is small but has a kitchenette perfect for breakfast and preparing lunches. Toiletries are provided. The decor and furnishing is modern and stylish.
Only a couple of things would have improved this stay. The apartment has no balcony which obviously isn't anything that could be changed but would have made this place perfect. It woukd also benefit from a full length mirror in the room although there is one in the shared entrance space. There is an iron but no ironing board so I ironed on the bed. It would have also been great to have a dustpan and brush so I could keep on top of the cleanliness during my stay.

Wszystko super. Ogromny plus to wyposażenie kuchni oraz suszarka do włosów w łazience.

Art Apartments is lovely small apartment, approximately a 10 min walk from the centre of the old town. The host is very accommodating and available for support when needed. The property has been recently renovated throughout so is modern, stylish and very comfortable. Absolutely nothing I could fault it on, a great place to stay if you are visiting Zadar for a few days.

The place is in a great location, close to the Old Town and the main tourist attractions of the city. The owner is very kind and nice. The apartment is clean, the bed is comfortable!
The apartment is very small for two people, extremely cramped. The most inconvenient is using the same key for the exterior door and the electricity. While I was taking a shower my husband decided to buy something for breakfast and to go out he had to leave me without power in the bathroom to unlock the front door.
