Great place to stay for a couple of nights.

Great aircon, comfortable bed, nice shower and not in the old town centre but easily can walk there. Close to supermarkets, walking distance to bus station and non touristy restaurants. Simple checkin procedure.

On first appearances the location might seem odd, but after a while you feel comfortable with the surrounds. We stayed 2 nights.

Perfect for our short stay

Clean and modern unit in a mixed use building. Very large bathroom and nice shower.

Difficult to find building and unit initially, despite the video instructions. However the staff was very helpful and responsive through WhatsApp. Parking was a little challenging at certain times of the day as it was first come basis. Our unit was facing the common walkway so was less private.

Ok. Good location but hard to find with no way to get help

Location and parking was great. The pillows were good.

Check in consisted of text messaging and videos. Super hard to find. My service was not working and I was kind of on a scavenger hunt to find the place with no way to get help. 4 of the lights were not working. No bulbs, no way to plug in or bulbs out . Tables were dusty. No instructions for how to work AC. The outer doors to the building don’t close/lock. Felt a bit on my own. Coffee was instant. I was told to bring my keys to a cafe that was closed. Kind of a mess really. I expected more for the price.

Great location, like 5min walking to the bridge, which ends in old town. Free parking. New apartments.

There is like maybe 14 parking slots, so you need to be a little lucky, otherwise you might need to park a little further. On March it wasn't that hard to find space.

10 mins walk from old town and 18 mins walk from bus station, it is very central. Smooth check in. Clean room, nice big shower.

The appartement is amazing, very clean, very stylish, very cosy. I slept very good, the downtown is near, all you need is near by. Also the bathroom was super nice. I highly recommend it!

Not easy to find the entrance, house number eleven not 10 as shown on booking.com. And we received the other room shown on the pictures as we really booked but ist was also very nice appartement.so we did not care too much.

Great location for visiting Zadar. Fresh modern look. Free parking available outside. Easy check-in.

Very noisy bathroom fan, which should be fixed. But the fact that others have complained without results indicates a lack of maintenance. Was delighted to see coffee machine in foyer shared by two rooms. Alas, we were issued ONLY ONE capsule for 2 people, 3 days. No housekeeping, which is fine - but then why only one microscopic garbage can in the bathroom?

The room was amazing, beautifully furnished! Great equipment, big mirror and beautiful bathroom. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the gorgeous old town. The host was very helpful with providing a free parking. Would absolutely stay there again if we come back.

We had a bit trouble finding our parking space at first because it was so busy, but the host was very helpful and provided a free one for us. A quick information about the checkout would have been great at checkin but we walked by the reception on accident so we could drop the keys off there.

Amazing stay in Zadar

The location of the room is amazing, really close to the city center, like a 10 min walk, passing by the port. The room is very spacious and ultra modern, with really nice and attentive design style. They even offered some snacks and water for free, which we found as a really nice gesture. There's a mini fridge in the room as well. The AC system works really well and it's super silent. The room is also really silent, so no noise coming from the outside of the room. They also offer free parking, which was great.

In order to have access to the parking lot, you need to ask the baristas at a coffee shop nearby to come and open the gates for you. When we checked out, we went there, left the keys, even grabbed something to eat and drink and asked them to open the parking gates for us. They said yes, that someone will come to open it, but then I guess they completely forgot and we spent quite some time waiting to go out. They don't offer baby cribs, but since we had our own with us, there was not a big issue for us.

Good location for both getting into the old city center and the main beach (10-15 min). Parking was available outside without any costs. Room was clean and spacious enough for two people.

Our room had entrance directly from the street, people are walking by the window, just to be aware of that when you book.

The linens were nice, along with comfy pillows. The air conditioning worked well. The bathroom was modern. It was an short walk to the old city

The only thing that I didn't like was that the refrigerator shut off with the rest of the electricity when the key was not in the room. It made it difficult to keep anything that would spoil in the fridge.
