L'appartamento è dotato di tutto sia come impianti sia come accessori. È spazioso, luminoso, comodo e fresco. Ha una veranda comodissima ed è estremamente godibile. Inoltre abbiamo potuto parcheggiare l'auto nel posto auto condominiale. La pulizia è stata eccezionale.
Il piazzale è un po' desolato ma non è certo una responsabilità del proprietario dell'appartamento.
