Great location for the city and excellent facilities all around. The apartment was as described and met our expectations. Just to note, the apartment is on the top floor, so those with limited mobility may not be suitable for it, but we found it great. There are some other residents in the property, and one did pop their head out to ask nicely if we could be a bit quieter in the kitchen area (was trying to find plates and the cupboards do not soft close, but overall a great experience. The main stairs are also quite echoey, so we were conscious of not being too stompy.
Parking and directions to get the key to the property were easy to find.

It was quiet and clean, location was perfect, free parking was a huge bonus, view was lovely. Apartment was so cosy and it was so clean.
We will definitely book again, we felt very safe and secure in the apartment
Picking up the keys was really easy, but having to go round to the go local shop to pick up and drop off was a pain because parking was difficult, it would have been better if there was a combination on the apartment, so maybe give the code to enter the building then a combination lock near the door to the apartment would be much better in my opinion

The property was clean and nice
Bad planning, I got to the apartment and had to call them before receiving the code to unlock the gate. I incurred an extra charge of £18 to go collect the keys, which I was not informed of pre-booking. After my stay I informed the agent I was going to leave the keys at a safe space and he/she was threatening to charge my account an extra £85 if I didn’t take the keys back, I told them I will not be incurring that extra charge.Awful customer service though.
