It was a last minute budget booking. Location on the Wirral next to the ferry terminal was excellent: nice way to get to the city and the view from the room was amazing. Looked basic from the outside, but inside it had all been recently done up and was spotless. People were very friendly and chatty and the breakfast was good too!
It exceeded any reasonable expectation. Perhaps there could have been a free helicopter service to Liverpool with a private helipad??? Perhaps the weather was a bit too hot and sunny...

Private, comfortable and well looked after
It’s a bit outside of the city where I had to go daily though Dave gave us all the assistance to make it easier each day

I arrived late, not a good start. Dave still made me very welcome. The room included tea and coffee making facilities . The room was a nice size, very clean, tidy and very homely. Every morning I looked forward to a full English breakfast which was gorgeous
I didn't like leaving, I could have stayed all week
