    The room is very small, not for two people. It is very dirty, the water from the aircon keeps flowing because the A/C is not well-maintained. The water flowing causes noise, hence we can't sleep every single night. Worst hotel I've ever been.

    We had a pleasant stay at I Hotel. The location is very convenient, with the MTR station just a short walk from the hotel building, making it easy to get around Hong Kong. It is also close to popular tourist attractions such as Victoria Harbour and the Hong Kong Cultural Centre.The staff were very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. We arrived before the check-in time, and they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage so we could start exploring the city right away.One thing to note is that it's helpful to download communication apps like WeChat or WhatsApp once you arrive in Hong Kong, as these are commonly used for contacting hotel staff and other local services.Overall, the hotel offers a great location, friendly service, and good convenience for travelers visiting Hong Kong.

    I thought the insect bites were due to staying outside, but after a few nights I realized it was because of our accommodation.
