Epic Downtown Newport location w Parking

Amazingly stunning room. So clean. So comfortable. Everything you needed. Location was unbelievable and with parking too. So close to everything. Liked using a key code for the house & room.

Clean, comfortable and full of amenities.

Perfect location and clean. Nice bathroom and the convenience is a microwave and small fridge. Parking is a bonus and you are in walking distance of many restaurants and bars. Check in and check out instructions clear and hosts are responsive.

You can hear a lot of noise from the people walking by and some noise from the other units if on the bottom floor. Nothing that was stopping us from enjoying our stay.

Did not know you had to have your passwords Travelling with three grandkids and no TV. A bath and a half is crazy. My husband can barely do steps. Smaller bedroom, little living space and full bath on main level. Kids like grandpa’s French toast and eggs. Could not climb a spiral staircase to the kitchen and larger bedroom. All meals and snacks had to be purchased and ate out. We went to the beach twice and had to buy beach towels and a chair. No closets and in the little living space on first floor no side table. Will not be back. As they say looked good on paper.
