it was incredibly clean and very nicely furnished. customer service was also great when we had questions.
3 stories with steep stairs was difficult for my parents in their 70s. I didn’t receive any check-out instructions but decided to call literally as we were pulling away and was asked to put all trash out and run the dishwasher. is that communicated anywhere?

Cleanliness and was able to check in earlier than 4:00.
Website (Booking.com) pics should be more accurate and show what inside of each individual apartment looks like instead of lumping all apartments for 546 units together.
