I have four friends stay with me and we had everything we needed to enjoy our time where we ended up spending more time inside than we anticipated due to rain
Since my trip was five girls one bathroom/sink was not ideal but we made it work!

We liked the place a lot. It was clean and comfortable. We really liked the private deck. It was in a good location, a 15-minute walk from the touristy areas of Newport (which was nice for us) and near other restaurants and bars that weren't as much of a tourist trap.
Our only complaint is that there isn't any place to hang things, like towels or washcloths, in the bathroom, or bags, or coats, etc. It could use some more of those kinds of things. I also had trouble understanding how to use the washing machine. I had to Google it, but I was also soooo happy to have one to use, so that is a mixed thing.
