Good location - walk to all of Newport. Light continental breakfast served. Friendly owner, clean, and updated. No TV in room....

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy inn. Easy parking. We walked to all the places - the mansions, restaurants and shops. It was a nice and quiet, comfortable stay. The breakfast pastries, coffee and tea in the morning were nice. We will definitely be back.
