    The pros are the great location and compared to nearby regular hotels it’s much cheaper. The cons are the rooms are very small, the breakfast isn’t great, also the WiFi is terrible and cell reception is also very bad. For me the biggest issue is not having reliable WiFi, that needs to be resolved. Easy enough to walk somewhere for a good breakfast. The building is super old, so probably no practical way to make the rooms bigger. The room reminds me of where Ishmael meets Queequeg in Moby Dick. Don’t plan on fitting in the shower if you have a waist bigger than 32”
