The pull out sofa beds are not comfortable and are dated.

The apartment was beautifully decorated.
There was no stove or oven. The cushions on the balcony were dusty and when I went to clean them, there were leaves and bottle caps underneath the cushion - also there was no table to set a drink on. The bar across the street was a little noisy along with delivery trucks in the area.
