Location was great!

Overall great!

Glad we picked this airbnb....It's much nicer than a hotel room, especially for 4 people, and cheaper than 2 rooms at a hotel. The place was huge, nicely furnished, clean, and the location was excellent. Lots of stuff to do within walking distance. There were some issues requiring maintenence caused by the previous renters that caused about a two hour delay in checking in, but the host was easy to get in touch with, very responsive, and extremely accommodating with our situation. She offered free rounds at the Irish American pub below while we waited, and had someone there quickly to fix the problem. The pub was a great place to hang out, and the bartender Michelle knew the owners so we didn't have to explain anything to get the free drinks. We would definitely look to stay here again whenever we're back in Newport!

Working the tv could have used some written instructions, but other than that, no complaints about the place!

As someone who lives in a NYC apartment - we were so excited that the 2 bedroom apartment is huge! It was super clean and there was a washer and dryer. The kitchen was perfect to cook meals in. The beds and linens were comfy. The decor is music themed - and as a musician I appreciated that. Location makes it easily walkable to the main downtown areas in Newport! Near the beach too!

We heard a little noise from the bar below when we were sleeping BUT again as someone who lives in NYC - that didn’t bother us at all - felt like home. The beds and linens were super comfy.

They accommodated our group as best as possible with early check-in and extra parking spot for a friend!

Lisa, one of their receptionist, was SO rude. Her tone, demeanor, was off putting to myself and both of my friends that called in looking for help with our reservation. We all agreed, she is shouldn't be in hospitality with that attitude and treatment towards guests.
