Great proximity to everything in Newport. We were able to walk to just about everything. Knowing that this is an 18th century building, it maintains its historic feel but with tastefully done renovation. We were there for a graduation. Units were very comfortable including the beds. The kitchen was very adequate for meals that we prepared ourselves for 9 of us.

Great location, the beds were very comfortable, the place was very clean.
There are a number of things that need attention:
The batteries for the safe were dead, we called about this, got no response.
The bathroom faucet leaks a lot of water, this will lead to big problems if not addressed.
Both shower and tub floors are extremely slippery, someone could be injured getting in and out.
Shower door doesn't totally close, resulting in lots of water on the floor.
No A/C in the bedroom, so it's much warmer than the living room. We had to use the portable fan to be comfortable at night.

Location
Had issue with the emails coming to give us the access codes - when we showed up we had no way of getting in as there is no management on site at the Inn. Tried calling one of the representatives. Left several messages, never heard back. Fortunately, after an hour, we tried the second number and the person did pick up and texted us the code numbers. When we got inside it was getting dark because of the delay and a couple lights didn't work because they were unplugged. I'm guessing the cleaning people unplugged them to run their vacuums or something and never put them back in. So had to fumble around with the lights from my iPhone to find the lights after tripping over a stool.

-staff did not bring more k-cups all weekend even though I asked for some via text on the first morning and was told verbatim “Yes we can take care of that”
