Amazing location in the heart of Newport by the wharfs. Extremely clean and well kept. Parking onsite was clutch. The bed itself was extremely comfortable. Plenty of towels. Never met the staff other than cleaning folks but they were very communicative.
Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. If you are booking a room for two little ones to share a sofa bed just know one will be in your bed and the other on the couch itself (room 7). Pullout mattress in need of a replace. Otherwise the room/space was great!
Though there was a Keurig and full kitchen to use as you'd like, it felt like something was missing ....if they offered a lite continental breakfast or some cookies/snacks late afternoon that would have been a nice touch. (When I read "inn" in the description didn't realize it was moreso apartment living with a shared kitchen/common spaces).
All in all a great stay but just things to know in advance! Would stay again.

The location is perfect. It is a big plus the parking closed by.
We have the problem with TV and refrigerator in the room. Nether one was working. We tried to reach the person on charge few times. They never reached us back and never fixed it. I think it will be fear if they will compensate our inconvenience.
One more thing. Everything was clean and would be nice if windows will be washed.
