The location was perfect! Couldn’t be more perfect for parking and walking right into town.
The room itself is small. The common areas (shared with the other units) are large and very well maintained, but it seems those areas are barely used by the guests.

Location was great. Easy access to the waterfront and walking distance to the Audrain Museum for car activities during the Audrain Concourse. Communication with hosts was outstanding. Unit was very clean. A full kitchen was available for all units.

Cleanliness, location, comfort
The bed was a bit soft for our preference, but still good.

The location is perfect. It is a big plus the parking closed by.
We have the problem with TV and refrigerator in the room. Nether one was working. We tried to reach the person on charge few times. They never reached us back and never fixed it. I think it will be fear if they will compensate our inconvenience.
One more thing. Everything was clean and would be nice if windows will be washed.
