Very Clean, simple and efficient. Ice cold a/c and warm shower. The view was unbeatable.
Twin beds saggy, queen bed hard. No Keurig only regular coffee maker. Path to beach was steep and there was a large jump off the decking to get onto the sand.

Such a lovely location and the house was clean and a nice stripped down beach vacation feeling. The host was great and having a coded lock made it easy. We were there in early spring so it was really quiet. I can imagine it getting pretty busy in the summer because there were multiple houses on the property and because of the close access to the beach, P town was just a short drive - Thank you for a lovely space for us to take our little vacation!
maybe leave some little things like salt, coffee, tea etc for folks that haven't had a chance to shop yet and are coming in late. The electric stove was a bit challenging but other than that - all good!
