2nd Floor Deluxe Efficiency - There are 2 full-size beds that will sleep a maximum of 4 guests. If more people arrive at check-in time, the reservation will be denied.
In the kitchen, which includes a stove and refrigerator, there is a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and microwave, with everything necessary to prepare a full meal and serve it inside or on the deck, offering a great view over the meadow and Cape Cod Bay. The tiled bath has a tub/shower, and there is plenty of room to store all your belongings in the entrance area. Streaming TV and free Wi-Fi are available for all your entertainment needs. The Braemar Condominiums is a no-pets-allowed community. Guests are permitted one vehicle per unit; an additional vehicle is $10.00 per day.
Relax on the private deck, swim in the pool, enjoy our on-site grills and picnic tables, or hop on the convenient Flex Bus to nearby Provincetown and the beaches. Hiking, biking, and fishing are all nearby. Fresh towels are provided; please bring towels for the beach and pool. We are a mile from Town Bay Beach and 2.5 miles to the National Seashore Head of Meadow Beach.
