The location and beach rights were great. It was nice to have the porch also.
The excess fees are ridiculous and unfair. I want to contact the owner about them. Also the toilet was the size for a preschooler and clogged and overflowed. Also the place smelled of MOLD and needs to be checked and remediate by a PROFESSIONAL. The owner left a bicycle chained in the already small space, which was totally in the way. There’s a bike rack downstairs!!
