About this apartment rental

4 ppl max. If more people show up at check-in time, the reservation will be denied.This 1st floor condo, It has a full kitchen, and refrigerator. All kitchen utensils are provided. It is large, comfortable, quaint and cozy with 2 queen size beds. It also has an outdoor patio area where you can eat breakfast or sit outside on a starry night. A/C mini split, streaming tv. The Braemar Condominiums is a No Pets Allowed community.
Guests are permitted 1 vehicle per unit.  Additional vehicle is $10.00 per day.

Was exactly what we expected and as shown. Our second night was hard to sleep with the neighbors above us parting at 2am woke me and my 5 and 3 year old up so next time i would probably get the second floor to limit noise above. Overall happy with our stay.
