Sleep Max. 4 -If more people show up at check-in time, the reservation will be denied. Relax in our comfortable 2nd floor deluxe efficiency condominium. It offers a private deck complete with limited bay views. This unit has a queen bed and a futon. There is a Smart TV. It has a full kitchen with many extras (coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster oven, microwave, Foreman grill, crock pot, steamer, blender. The Braemar Condominiums is a No Pets Allowed community. There is a table with 4 chairs and a kitchen counter bar. The bathroom has a tub/shower. It also has an overhead fan and a floor fan for your comfort. Enjoy the close proximity to bay and ocean beaches or swim in the deluxe pool. Newly installed luxury vinyl plank flooring and A/C. Fresh towels are available, please bring towels for the beach and pool. We are a mile from the Town bay beach, and 2.5 Miles to the national Seashore Head Of Meadow Beach. Guests are permitted 1 vehicle per unit. Additional vehicle is $10.00 per day.

This was our second time staying at this location. We love the area and the simplicity of being able to commute to where we needed whether on foot or bicycle.

The property was conveniently located in the quiet neighborhood of North Truro which was perfect for some R&R. The unit itself could benefit from some upgrading but overall it has all the items one would need to comfortably stay. The A/C didn't work properly but thankfully the weather cooperated and we got an amazing breeze through the sliding glass door. The location was perfect as we were a 2-3 min drive from a quiet bay-side beach, Noons Landing, and only 8-10min drive into P-Town. We also took advantage of the shared pool which was clean and had many seating options. I would stay here again.

With a little update it would be a great place to stay .Pool area’s was spotless and ground were beautiful.
