Harmony Hill, as we like to call our unit, is clean, light and airy. The two queen beds are very comfortable and there is also a pull out couch. There are three bureaus to hold your things, closet space, coffee table, and a dining table with four chairs. The Braemar Condominiums is a No Pets Allowed community. There is a Smart Tv, CD player and radio for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, a coffee maker, microwave, blender, and a toaster. The bathroom has a tub/shower. The small deck with table, chairs and a small charcoal grill leads out to the lovely tree lined open grassy grounds. For those hot summer days, the Ceiling Fan, extra tall Portable Fan & A/C provide cool comfort. Fresh towels are provided, please bring towels for the pool and beach. Guests are permitted 1 vehicle per unit. Additional vehicle is $10.00 per day. We are a mile from the Town bay beach, and 2.5 Miles to the national Seashore Head Of Meadow Beach

This is our second year staying at the Braemar, because the location is fantastic. Quick drive to ocean and bay beaches, Salty Market, and local restaurants. The Unit was clean and comfortable. The only (small) drawback to being on the ground floor is that we could clearly hear the guests upstairs walking around, which is not ideal if you're not keeping the exact same hours as your neighbors. I would love to return in the future and would definitely recommend.
