Butas suremontuotas ir pakankamai švarus. Geras kainos/kokybės santykis. Maloni šeimininkė davė daug gerų patarimų, ką pamatyti ir kaip nuvykti autobusu. Gražus vaizdas pro balkoną. Neblogas wifi ryšys.
Trūko elektrinio virdulio, vandenį virėme ant dujinės viryklės. Komplikuotas automobilio parkavimas siauroje gatvėje, ypač grįžus vakare po 20 val.
