We really enjoyed our stat and will definitely come back if we decide to visit cinque terre again
It’s clean and very spacious and has everything we need. It’s also a very nice location, close to the bus stop if you want to go to the beach or at the city center, we also love the fact that the people there are very friendly and helpful specially Gloria, the lady at the ticket shop. Would love to come back again ❤️

Buona struttura in posizione strategica!
Casa graziosa, posizione strategica per visionare, La Spezia....e le Cinque Terre. La Sig.ra Gloria titolare del tabaccaio nei pressi della casa, offre un buon aiuto ad organizzare le visite facendo anche i biglietti. Consigliatissima.
Volendo trovare una pecca, mancava la lampadina per illuminare l' ingresso dall'esterno. Ma niente di ché

Come a casa!
Casa molto pulita e in ordine. Attrezzata di tutto inoltre è presente il necessario per fare la colazione (marmellatine, nutella e fette biscottate). La sensazione è stata quella di essere a casa. Biassa è un piccolo paesino sulle prime colline a 10 minuti circa da Rio Maggiore, carino, ma potrebbe essere mantenuto meglio. Le persone del paese che abbiamo conosciuto erano molto accoglienti e disponibili. Gloria del bar/tabacchi vicino alla casa, fantastica! Consiglio di non acquistare biglietti per bus o treno, prima di arrivare, per farsi dare indicazioni direttamente da lei e risparmiare tempo e denaro!
Servizio bus ATAC, il primo giorno abbiamo subito un ritardo di 2h dalla partenza prevista e alla sera da Rio Maggiore, dopo più di 1h di ritardo abbiamo chiamato il taxi.

Tranquillité et confort pour un séjour en Ligurie non loin des Cinque Terre.
Au coeur d'un charmant village proche des Cinque Terre et sur les hauteurs de La Spezia (voiture recommandée, route tortueuse), l'appartement est très bien situé et présente de nombreux atouts : propreté irréprochable, nombreux équipements à disposition, literie très confortable et grands placards.
