Fantastic accommodation and location

Anna was a fantastic host, very friendly and attentive. The accommodation was beautiful with wonderful views of San Gimignano's ancient walls from the pretty garden. Our room was lovely with a great shower room. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The location was perfect, being only a few minutes walk from the main tourist area and easy to drive to. Private parking was secure. Amenities were very close. The accommodation was very quiet with no noise dusturbances during the day or night.

Nothing - all was fantastic and we would highly recommend this accommodation.

Perfect Tuscan Agriturismo

Location is amazing with one of the best views of the town of San Gimignano, from the beautiful garden. Host is friendly and helpful. The large room and the bathroom are comfortable, clean and nicely decorated

Excellent location with a stunning view and a kind host. Delicious breakfast just a few steps away in the castle. The grocery store is also just a short walk. Private parking is available in the courtyard. We stayed for a week and not once did I feel that anything was missing (not even breakfast). Everything was more flexible and varied this way. The dinner at the restaurant recommended by the host was excellent. If you have the chance, stay here, you will love it!

A wonderful stay in a perfect location, with a lovely host, a peaceful garden, and all the comforts.

We had a truly delightful stay. The accommodation is ideally located, just a short walk from the charming old town, and features a beautiful garden where we enjoyed our breakfast and morning coffee. The room was spotless, thoughtfully equipped, and very comfortable. Our host was a lovely lady—gracious, kind, and always polite. We also appreciated the free and secure parking provided for our car.

Unforgettable vacation

Phenomenal accommodation. Outstanding location. The hostess Ana is really to be commended, warm and accommodating. We are extremely grateful to her for advice, suggestions and explanations. Where to go, where to park, what to visit and see, ... We will definitely be back at Il Colto next time. Of course, I will heartily recommend it to my friends who are planning a vacation in Tuscany.

Martina and all Viti family are absolutely incredible. They welcome you with open arms and more importantly “Open Hearts”. This is our third stay. If we could stay a month, we would do it in a minute.

Superb

Anna the host made sure we we settled and gave us good advise on meals, and things to see. Super close to the city. The stay was so safe with keys to open gates and we keep our car safe. The dog is good natured and added bouns for security. Would highly recommend for young females who need to feel safe. Super clean and comfortable room. we arrived in 43c heat wave but the air con worked a treat. The local couple who run a sit in meal where oh so nice Google DOC 200m away, great food from passionate chefs. Thanks again Anna

Looking forward to revisit

The place is just a few footsteps away from the nicely preserved old town of San Gimignano. The view of it and the Tuscan background from our room and nerby garden was a wonderful sight. Parking in the yard was convenient and secure. The host clearly takes great care of the premises and has a warm personality.

Exceptional

This apartment is a dream! It has stunning view of San Gimignano from the garden, it is super close to the city center, just 5 min walk to the gate and the owner is absolutely perfect lady. She lets you park the car on the property even after checking-out for few hours. I would highly recommend! Hope we will get back there soon. 10/10, thanks Anna!

Perfect location with the perfect host!

This is a super charming accomodation. Quite basic, as suggested in the description but very cozy with an EXCELLENT location. The old town is literally 3 minutes of walking away with an amazing bakery on the way. But being just out the old gate the street gets quiet by night. Anna, our host was fantastic, super kind and attentive. And the house has its own parking space which is a huge thing is San Gimi. I highly recommend this place.

Just next to the city walls of San Gimignano, it was great to have free parking for our car and walk into the city by foot. The garden has great views of this beautiful medival city from a distance. The room was super clean, the bed was very comfortable. Anna was very welcoming and helpful. Thank you! :)

Wonderful stay

This was the best location for visiting San Gimignano, just a few minutes walk to the town gates. Free parking was a huge bonus. The room was impeccably clean and very comfortable and it was the best shower of our whole trip. Anna was a fantastic host, very kind and hospitable. We would happily return.

Беше забележителнало изживяване за нас!

Много е претенциозно от моя страна, но би било велико изживяване да гледаш изгрева над Тоскана с чаша ароматно кафе, истинско италианско .... , но наистина е претенциозно от моя страна. Просто завиждам, защото моя съпруг го правеше с чая си.

Alojamiento con encanto a pasos de San Gimigiano

Habitación amplia, cómoda, con encanto rural, a pocos pasos de la puerta de entrada a San Gimigiano. Jarra eléctrica, tes, cafés, frigobar , mesa con sillas interior y exterior, muy cómodo. Ducha excelente. La anfitriona ecxelente, muy amable y servicial. Recomendable.

Soggiorno comodo e confortevole

La posizione è davvero confortevole, in 2 minuti si arriva a piedi a porta San Giovanni. La stanza era molto silenziosa, pulita e ben curata. Letto e cuscini molto comodi, gradita la presenza del bollitore con the e caffè e l'acqua di benvenuto in un piccolo frigo. Molto utile il parcheggio auto nel cortile, da dove si gode di una vista spettacolare di San Gimignano. Anna è super disponibile, prodiga di consigli ed attenta ad eventuali necessità. Sono stato bene.

A due passi dal centro

La posizione è eccezionale per chi arriva in auto, a pochissima distanza da porta S. Giovanni. Nella camera pulitissima tutto era nuovo e non mancava nulla per l'accoglienza, dal bollitore corredato di the o caffè all'acqua nel piccolo frigo. Un ringraziamento ad Anna che ci ha dato la disponibilità di parcheggiare l'auto qualche ora prima del check in.

Ferragosto in tranquillità e ricaricare le energie

Mi è piaciuto tutto della struttura, in primis la sig.ra Anna, la proprietaria, è una persona solare e gentilissima, la stanza ampia e pulitissima con aria condizionata, il bagno fornito di tutto quello che serve e pulitissimo, l’ubicazione dell’agriturismo a pochi passi dal borgo, la tranquillità. Un posto dove tornerò sicuramente.

Estancia preciosa con vistas inmejorables

Nos han encantado los dos días que nos quedamos en San Gimignano, el pueblo y su gente, todo precioso. La anfitriona Anna ha estado muy atenta y se nota que todo lo tiene muy bien cuidado, nos dio recomendaciones de dónde comer y todo un acierto. La ubicación con sus vistas son inmejorables, zona tranquila además de poder dejar el coche delante de la casa.
