Great location, easy walking distance to San Gimignano. Outdoor seating to enjoy views of a typical Tuscan valley from the property with a glass of wine. Great host.

Very close to town (walk), good AC (it was a very hot day), clean/comfortable room, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful host,
Room a bit small and parking a bit tight, but these were not big problems.
