Overall nice stay in San Gimignano

The location was great - just a 15-minute walk to the city center, or 5 minutes by bus or car, and the area was quiet and peaceful. The apartment also had excellent private parking right on the property, which was very convenient. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment had plenty of space, with other functionality working well.

The water flow in the shower was very weak, making it difficult and time-consuming to shower. The TV was located in the kitchen and there was no sofa (not a big deal). Additionally, one of the room walls is made of plywood and shares a side with the neighbor’s apartment, so privacy was a bit limited.

It's a beautifully and originally furnished flat in a location with amazing views.

There was a political rally right outside the place which went on until late in the night, but it is not something the host could influence. The pillows were a bit uncomfortable.

The appartment has a good location, easy walking distance to the town's entrance. It is very spatious and very clean. Also a parking is available in front of the house.

The apartment is very spacious with everything needed for a short stay. The location is in a quiet and perfect neighborhood just 10 minutes by walk to the center of San Gimignano.

Maybe an electric kettle and microwave could be beneficial. Also some more kitchen tissue :)

Nice town

We liked it was close enough to the centre. It was quite large to be honest for what we needed. We thought it had air-conditioning as we'd read it had heating this was our mistake. It was extremely hot in the home and really didn't cool till dark. We loved how it stated it had a coffee machine but a percolator is not a coffee machine & no coffee to go with it. For travellers we didn't have ground coffee on hand. This is a cool self contained apartment if you we're staying longer and wanting to cook at home. For ourselves we just wanted a room for the night so it was ok. Make sure to pack toilet paper as you only get 1 roll and no spare paper anywhere. So luckily we had a roll in the car for our road trip.

Everything was nice, it is not a hotel is just a house and the good thing is that you have the opportunity to see a traditional house. Ann was really helpful. The house is not far away fro the castle but you have to walk 10 minutes but is nice walk!

Ann didn’t speak English even the basic so you need a google translator, however she was ready for all.

Smooth meet up for picking up the keys and the owner let us up to leave our luggage and get the keys before check-in time. There's private parking, which is great. The apartment is huge with with two bathrooms and all the amenities that we need for cooking, etc. It's a 30 minute walk to Florence city center, otherwise there's a bus that can be taken (we didn't do it).

Excellent apartment and good for walking distance for visit to San Gimignano

Excellent sized apartment for family of 4 up 2 flights of shallow stairs. Rooms are very big with lovely traditional furnishings throughout. Long balcony available. Apartment was presented beautifully clean. Host was very friendly and provided a good introduction to the apartment, ensuring we were familiar with it and offered helpful info to visit centre of San Gimignano, which was just a 10 minute walk (uphill but not too strenuous) from apartment. Parking was available immediately outside of property. A local festival was taking place nearby which we enjoyed after evening in San Gimignano. Highly recommended.

Gospodyni 15 minut po zakończeniu doby hotelowej, wpadła z krzykiem do mieszkania, otworzyła je swoimi kluczami. Krzyczała po włosku, nie było z nią kontaktu, na ziemi położyła mopa i inne narzędzia do sprzątania, Mimo że pakowaliśmy się i spieszyliśmy do wyjścia ona biegała po mieszkaniu i od razu przystąpiła do sprzątania dotykając i przekładając nasze rzeczy, nie zważając jakiejkolwiek uwagi na to że goście nie opuścili jeszcze mieszkania, i korzystają, myją się w łazience. Bezczelnie naruszyła prywatność osobistą gości, wchodzenie z klucza po tak krótkim czasie po zakończeniu doby jest absolutnie niedopuszczalne, bardzo bardzo odradzam nocleg w tym miejscu.

Appartamento consigliatissimo.

L'appartamento è a 5 minuti di strada a piedi da San Gimignano, è un appartamento molto ampio, con due camere da letto bellissime. Pulizia impeccabile, letti comodi, bagno perfetto, terrazzino piacevole con vista sulle colline. Parcheggio privato. Perfetto per chi vuole visitare questa zona.

Accueil très sympathique d'Anna. L'appartement est vaste, les meubles somptueux et très stylés. Le parking, à l'intérieur de la propriété est un vrai plus. La situation est parfaite, à 10mn à pied du centre de la ville. Je recommande vivement.
