Lovely home in the Tuscany hills

The scenery was beautiful, location perfect, next to supermarket and the fortress of San Gimignano, easy drive to Pisa, Sienna and Florence. The house has a great set up, large bedrooms and a cosy fireplace. The garden is lovely, lots of space for kids and pets to play, a fantastic scenery with the olive trees orchards and the Tuscany hills.

It feels like almost every object in the house is at the end of its life cycle - couch, TV, table and chairs, kitchen ustencils etc Coocking family dinners with the pans and pots and plates availables posed a bit of a challenge for this reason as everything looks and feels a bit dated.

Beautiful villa a stones throw and easy walk to San Gimignano and restaurants and CoOp on way home

Lovely setting quiet but easily walkable to San Gimignano. Cool inside Walk to swimming pool quite long and if really want book other property apartments. But great pool. But a long way for cool drinks and quite steep walk back to villa

This is slightly nit picky for a good 8.9 property Outside table very rickety and only for 4. Needs a bigger bin in kitchen or ideally 3 small bins for recycling sorting given recycling bins at top of drive. Glass organic recyclable. ? One more fan for third bedroom and ? Possibility of iron given washing machine and line. Would still easily book again

Perfect location and views

Situated just outside the walls of the city it’s a short stroll into town.

The lounge area needs more chairs. A two seater sofa is insufficient for four or six people to enjoy a winter’s evening by the fire. The drive way needs some repair work.

The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths were very nice.

The drive to property from paved road was a steep incline with gravel. Living area with couch and dining table was too dark. Barking dogs on and off all night! Must drive to access pool.

Heti kun menee, niin pitää lähteä kauppaan ostamaan perustarvikkeista, jotka pitäisi kuulua talon varustukseen, kuten shampoo ja jätepussit. Taloon kuului myös grilli, johon ei saanut edes sytytystarvikkeita edes pyydettäessä. Vuokraajasta en pysty sanomaan mitään, koska hän ei tullut esittelemään itseään vaikka asuu ihan vieressä. Olen vuokrannut monet syksyt talon Italiasta, palveluiltaan ehdottomasti huomion. Meillä oli Suomen tuliaisia, kuten aina kun menemme kohteeseen. Jäi antamatta.

San Gimignano è un borgo unico e ci torneremo di nuovo, ma cercheremo un altro posto dove alloggiare.

La casa è grande e spaziosa, situata in una zona tranquilla e con una bella vista.

Siamo stati lì in ottobre e si sentiva molta umidità in casa, soprattutto perché in quel periodo non c'erano apparecchi di riscaldamento. Gli asciugamani non riuscivano ad asciugarsi .
