Furthermore, the apartment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility as there are stairs both to access the apartment and inside.

The tourist tax is not included in the price of the stay and amounts to 2.50 EUR per day/per person, over 14 years of age.The tax must be paid for a maximum of 5 days and payment is due in cash upon check-in.

Staying in San Gimignano was an unforgettable experience! The town itself is like no other, with its charm and history, but what truly made the trip special was this place. The views of the farmland are absolutely indescribable—peaceful, breathtaking, and so authentically Tuscan. Elisa, the host, is by far the most hospitable person I’ve ever met. She made me feel genuinely cared for and welcomed, as if I were a part of her family. This really was a home away from home, and I can’t recommend it enough to anyone visiting the region! 3
