A wonderful stay in the heart of San Gimignano with a warm host and all the comforts of home.

The host was very communicative, greeted us upon arrival, and showed us where to park. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and well stocked with everything we needed. It was also perfectly located, just a short walk to all the main sights, restaurants, and shops.

Lovely stay in our favorite city on Italy! Highly recommend!

The apartment was in a nice location, just a short walk to city center. We were able to wash and dry our clothes in the apartment while we were there. Our host provided some breakfast items, milk, water, tea and coffee which was lovely. It was clean and comfortable with a nice view of the country! There is also an excellent restaurant just up the street that was one of our best meals in Italy.

Nothing we didn’t like. It is quiet the majority of the time. There is a school on the backside of the property, so if you are an afternoon napper, bring some earplugs as there are kids playing nearby.

Cozy little apartment with everything you need, in a fantastic location!

Just a 5-minute walk to the city center, yet quietly tucked away in a peaceful area. Parking in the immediate surroundings was excellent and free of charge—always found a free slot quickly, absolutely stress-free. The host was extremely kind and attentive. The apartment is equipped with two air conditioning units, which kept the space pleasantly cool even during scorching heat. There are two smart TVs, both with internet access—although no German channels, both have Internet access so streaming services can be used as far as no geo-lock is engaged by the provider. The beds were very comfortable, and combined with the heavenly quiet, we enjoyed truly restful nights. In the bathroom, there’s a convenient washer-dryer combo. The kitchen had everything one could need, including a dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, and oven. All in all, a perfect base for a two-week holiday in San Gimignano and surronding —relaxing, well-appointed, and ideally located. We would happily return!

One small suggestion for future guests' comfort but really just a nit: It would be lovely to have a small sofa instead of the individual armchairs, to make the living area even cozier.

Apartment had all the basic amenities you would want in your own apartment, except a washing machine (although a laundry service is just closeby). Just five minutes walk to the San Gimignano city walls. Owner was really accessible and friendly.

Breakfast option is limited to complimentary crackers, Nutella and jam. Coffee and tea available. Although the apartment is close to catering establishments.

Nice apartment, good location

This is a great apartment with all the facilities that you need and much more. It is on good location - right between free parking and city walls - just few minutes walking distance. The room is big and has a great view, also the kitchen. Communication with the owner was easy and simple. I would recomend!

we stayed here as my daughter was getting married it was the perfect location and very clean and comfortable the gist was really helpful too

the only downside was that there wasn’t anywhere to sit outside it didn’t spoil our stay and would definitely stay again if I we went back to San Gimignano

We had two separate apartments, wonderfully equipped and central location, close to the medieval old town of San Gimignano. Very neat and comfortable.

It was a perfect stay. The only “negative” was the free parking which required a bit of walking distance as you were not sure of parking .

Giacomo was very helpful and nice. He provided us with good information and the check in and check out were easy and flexible. The location is excellent: A five minute walk to the old city, but also a close walk to a wineyard where we did some wine tasting. The apartment is clean, cozy, comfortable, and it has many useful facilities such as a kitchen, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, drying rack, etc. Parking is easier if you arrive early or after 3pm. Tip: you might need a reservation if you want to have dinner at a nicer restaurant.

The shower is perhaps too small, so it was a bit diffucult to take a relaxing shower.

Nice spot in San GM

Everything was perfect! Very close to the city center, quiet and pretty building. We had everything we needed, the beds were comfy and the apartment super tidy. I really recommend this place especially if you are a family. I’ve booked the apartment half an hour before arrival and the owner was so kind to have us in such a short time.

The only thing I would add is nesspreso capsules and milk
