Fabulously appointed, very comfortable, great location.

Although this property is situated on a very busy junction, once inside, the noise level is barely noticeable. The host is friendly, approachable and really helpful. The apartment is really well appointed, has little touches like milk in the fridge, seasonings and oils to cook with and is really comfy throughout. I've been before and I'd go again, thank you for such an easy, comfortable stay!

Fabulous homely flat and a great place to stay which we would recommend to others.

Really well equipped flat with everything we needed for our stay. Fantastic location for exploring both Southampton, and taking a day trip to the Isle of Wight, and Portsmouth. Shops plus a Ninja Warrior very close by was an added bonus!

There was a busy road outside but that didn't effect our sleep at all either.

We had a very enjoyable stay and if we're visiting that area again I would happily re-book.

The location was easy to find. There was good public transport (bus) to get into Southampton Centre. Shops (Lidl and Co-op) were within a 15 minute walk away.

There was nothing we didn't like, but some paperwork explaining what can or cannot be recycled. Every local council has different rules so a bit of guidance would have been helpful

Large and comfortable, great parking, perfect location for exploring

After two weeks in very small places it was so nice to have lots of room to spread out. I especially appreciated the big kitchen and the second room, which we used as a dressing room. The luxury of space was well worth paying for. Also great was the parking space right outside the front door. The location has easy access to historic sites in Hampshire and West Sussex -- just a few minutes and you're on the highway (aka dual carriageway), with plenty of beauty to explore. Though the location is on a major street, you don't hear any traffic in the bedrooms. Very quiet all through the night.

If mobility is an issue for you, or if you're a little older, be aware that there is quite a big step into and out of the tub/shower, which is slippery. We did have one fall, so be careful. Otherwise there are no steps to negotiate here -- ground floor and the parking is right at the door.

A very comfortable stay.

The 2 bed flat was definitely home from home, fully equipped, plenty of furniture, such as wardrobe and drawer space. All furniture was new looking and matching, plenty of mirrors and decorated very nicely, and comfy settee, arc shaped one. Beds very comfortable too. Appreciated the milk, bottled water, sugar, tea & coffee supplied. If in Southampton again would chose to stay here.

Absolute gem of a find

The host is a fabulous communicator, the apartment is spotlessly clean, nicely appointed and there’s lots of little homely touches like tea and coffee and milk and bottled water. It has everything you need The parking space is fabulously easy to access

Anita was very responsive to messages, and left us to our own ways, the break was a pleasure. The apartment was spotless, really central and easily accessible by bus. The area is nice, but the locals couldn't have been nicer, would Def recommend the apartment and the area

Exceptional

Extremely comfortable flat with everything you need for a family trip to Southampton. Not far from the centre and well priced. Also only a short drive to Paultons park. Host instructions were very clear and had no issues whatsoever.
