Very pleasant, helpful and endearing host. Despite the fact that I was an hour wrong (due to the time zone change) in the arrival time, he arrived within 5 minutes and met us personally. The apartment also provides remote check-in, but we booked one hour before arrival and were met in person. The apartments themselves, although not very large, are very clean. The child likes to run barefoot and his feet stayed clean - this is our personal indicator of cleanliness. The bed linen and towels were also clean. The location of the apartments is generally ideal for a Nish - there is a good walking area nearby and many cafes and restaurants. In addition, free parking in the courtyard was a pleasant addition to the low cost of the apartment.

Ubytování je přímo v centru, komunikace s majitelem přes WhatsApp byla skvělá. V apartmánu bylo vše potřebné, postele pohodlné a parkování motorky bezpečné ve dvoře s kamerovým systémem. Byli jsme velmi spokojeni.

The apartment is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bed and memory foam pillows are very comfortable and we slept really well. The location is excellent, right in the center of Niš. What makes it stand out from many other apartments is the lovely terrace with a beautiful view, as well as private parking in the courtyard right next to the building. The building also has an elevator, which is very convenient. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Boravak u ovom apartmanu je bio odlično iskustvo. Lokacija je fenomenalna, sve je blizu i dostupno, što je mnogo značilo tokom boravka. Stan je izuzetno lepo uređen, čist i pedantan, a poseduje apsolutno sve što je potrebno, čak i za duži boravak. Sve je funkcionalno, udobno i vidi se da domaćin vodi računa o svakom detalju. Posebna pohvala za domaćina koji je veoma ljubazan, predusretljiv i uvek dostupan za sve informacije. Definitivno mesto u koje bih se ponovo vratila i koje iskreno preporučujem od srca!
