Apartman Centar

The apartment is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bed and memory foam pillows are very comfortable and we slept really well. The location is excellent, right in the center of Niš. What makes it stand out from many other apartments is the lovely terrace with a beautiful view, as well as private parking in the courtyard right next to the building. The building also has an elevator, which is very convenient. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Boravak u ovom apartmanu je bio odlično iskustvo. Lokacija je fenomenalna, sve je blizu i dostupno, što je mnogo značilo tokom boravka. Stan je izuzetno lepo uređen, čist i pedantan, a poseduje apsolutno sve što je potrebno, čak i za duži boravak. Sve je funkcionalno, udobno i vidi se da domaćin vodi računa o svakom detalju. Posebna pohvala za domaćina koji je veoma ljubazan, predusretljiv i uvek dostupan za sve informacije. Definitivno mesto u koje bih se ponovo vratila i koje iskreno preporučujem od srca!

The location is absolutely unbeatable—being only 3 minutes away from the city center and Niš Fortress made exploring the city so easy and convenient. ​The apartment itself is well-equipped and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It’s clear the host has put a lot of thought into making the space feel like home. ​Speaking of the host, they were extremely communicative and helpful throughout the entire process, ensuring a smooth check-in and answering any questions right away. If you're looking for a central, hassle-free place to stay in Niš, this is definitely it. I would happily stay here again!

Sve mi se svidelo. Udobno, čisto, domaćinski, sve ima bukvalno kao kod kuće (od pegle, cediljke za spagete, tiganji, kafa, čaše, kupatilo ful isto, svetlo, atmosfera, minimalno uređeno i s ukusom)...ma, bukvalno ne znam šta nema. Pogled sa terase, uz kaficu super, blizu centra sve, park i kej odmah tu, mirno... baš, baš udobno, svaka čast Mladenu(domaćin) kako je napravio. Mladen je super, izlazi u susret ako nešto treba, vrlo prijatan i kulturan čovek. Sve u svemu sve pohvale i preporuke s moje strane 👌
