Exceptional

Great apartment for a long stay with the family. The area is quiet, 10 minutes from the center of Nis. The apartment is spacious, bright and comfortable. Very warm (there are extra heaters, we didn't need them) and very clean. The apartment itself is equipped with everything you need, incl. iron, washing machine, hair dryer, dishes. Good Wi-Fi, if necessary, you can work normally remotely. I want to thank the hosts of the apartment for their responsiveness and willingness to meet halfway in any situation.

The great place for family with kids

The owner was nice, everything was as we agreed. The apartment is even better than in the pictures. It was cozy, new, and clean. The apartment was big enough for two of us and a baby. It was warm during the night since there are three heaters. There was no noise from the street or other flats. Also, the free parking is right behind the apartment, which was great since we had a lot of luggage. I recommend this place and next time we visit Nis, we will stay here as well.

Exceptional

Very good appartment. In a very nice neighborhood, 10 min walk to the centre and 15 min to the fortress. The big park with a huge public swimming pool is just 200 m away. Markets and bankomats over the corner. Flat itself is very well equipped, convinient and clean. Wonderful host. It is the best place to stay in our family trip.

The best place to stay

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and also combined dinning room and kitchen. It is spacious, modern furniture and all facilities in the kitchen and bathroom. First floor - easy to reach with heavy suitcase. Highly appreciated the floor heating in winter, it kept us really warm. The location is very good, there are many small shops next to it, including a covered vegetable market with diary and other shops (after the traffic light). At the traffic light take the street to the right (past Apoteke and various small shops) and in a minutes you are on the Main Street (after the churches). This is the beginning of the Main Street for tourists, the end is the entrance to the castle. The street is about 15 minutes walk from end to end, half of it is pedestrian, there is an underground section. We bought food from the shops nearby, if you walk opposite direction to the traffic light in 3-5 minutes is Pekara Ivko - very good bread and breakfast. Most of the small streets that connect the Main Street to the street of the apartment are full of small shops and cafes. This is a very good central region. Very easy walk in all directions and maybe 5-10 minutes to the central bus-stops. Walking distance to the new Mall - Delta Planet about 20 minutes, past park Cenar, about at the back of the block. There was free parking in the back of the block reserved for residents of the block, and a second free of charge nearby. Very easy communication with the owner, answered fast. We had dinner in Cabana Radka, very cheap and delicious, two floors (the restaurants street to the back of the famous monument to Stevan Sremac (and dog, table..) It is maybe 10-15 minutes walk from the apartment.
