A spacious apartment in a great location with potential to become even better.

The apartment offers safe parking, is spacious, and comes well-equipped with amenities. It is suitable for couples (not ideal for children) and is conveniently close to the city center. Although it does not fully deserve a 10 yet, I gave the highest rating because I believe improvements will be made.

There was a noticeable smell of cigarettes upon entering, which made the stay less comfortable. The cleanliness could also be improved, as some areas did not feel thoroughly cleaned. Overall, the apartment would benefit from a refresh to feel more welcoming and up to standard. Considering these issues, it does not currently offer good value for the money.

We enjoyed it!

Amazing location , as we did not need the car during our stay.The host was excellent , we had private parking .5min walk to downtown and 10min walk to the Sport center and a wonderful park.A lot of restaurants nearby and a supermarket .

Too noisy, bad service

The apartment was clean with a modern design. It was comfortable enough for the two of us. It is located near the centre with private parking (the ramp is activated by phone.

Everything except the above was bad. Kitchen - forget about preparing meals if you need more than 2 plates or tools. No rugs, no tools, only 1 dish, don't try to prepare meals. The owner left the fridge off, so we needed to wait for hours to cool some stuff. Bathroom - no plug for the tub. What is the point of having a tub if you can't use it? No shower curtain so expect to have a wet bathroom all the time. Noise - the neighbours are not that loud but there's literaly no wall in between. You can hear them talking in their room. It's so freaking acoustic so you hear EVERY WORD AND EVERY SOUND and they woke us up in the middle of the day by raising TV volume. Never seen that before as it was like they were in the same room with us. Also, there is a night bar 20 meters from the apartment, so it was almost impossible to have a good night sleep as drunk people were yelling at the street every night between 10pm and 3am as they come and go. Owner - doesn't care much, just wants to take the money with minimal effort. Didn't even wanted to take a call when we wanted to report extreme noise in the apartment next door. We'll be considering another apartment next time for sure.

Lovely experience

Everything was great, the apartment is clean and modern. The stuff was friendly and helpful. The location is great and close to everything you might need. And the coffee machine was a lovely touch.

The only issue was that I wasn't told where to leave the key in case of earlier check out but the stuff was very forthcoming and quickly solved the issue. Another suggestion is house slippers, it would be useful for the bathroom in particular.

Exceptional

Apartment is very modern on an excellent location. Quiet side street close to the main city area with top restaurants in 2 min walking distance, as well as the shopping mile and bars. Everything in the apartment was clean and equipment was great. Bed was very comfortable and the parking space is safe, in the back of the building. The host is super friendly and the key handover was easy. Definitely grear apartment and I can only recommend it. I will surely be choosing the same place on my next trip to Niš.
