Modern fittings, spacious, very clean, great facilities. Great communication with owners.
We struggled to get the AC working properly but the owners were very communicative in helping. Also didn't know to take a key for the outside door out with us, so if you're booking please remember! The outside door closes at 8pm.

Located in one of the main streets in Montepulciano, this property is amazing. Beautifully renovated and decorated, it was an absolute delight to come back to each day. Everything was there that you would need to self cater, but with the amazing restaurants there is no need. The view from the shower over the rolling hills of Tuscany was incredible. It’s location was ideal to explore both the top of town to Piazza Grande and the park (definitely worth the walk) but also the lower sections. The bus pick up for bus station is around 100 meters down the hill near the church.
Before arrival we were txt access information together with information on the town and recommendations on restaurants….fantastic!!! Cannot recommend this property highly enough!!

The apartment is awesome. Beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you need.
It's very noisy. We were concerned when we saw the ear plugs on the nightstands. It's mostly the city bells which start I believe at 7 AM. But it's also the voices in the street below.
