Porta Venezia Apartament

Era bastante amplio. El detalle de dejarnos galletas y agua cuando llegamos. Ubicación buena, cerca de metro. Aire acondicionado solo en el salón pero en las habitaciones tenía su ventilador y la mayoría de los que fuimos no tuvimos calor. La atención del propietario fue de 10 que nos ayudó en todo momento y se preocupó.

Era un alojamiento algo viejo. Los enchufes algunos no funcionaban bien y no cargaron los móviles en la noche. La limpieza era mejorable, sobre todo en baños. Las sábanas y toallas oscuras no es algo que me dé buena sensación. No encontramos gel de baño ni plancha de ropa. Hay pocos espejos y los que habían no tenían suficiente luz.

La struttura si trova a ridosso di Porta Venezia ma riparata dal traffico e quindi molto silenziosa. E’ molto spaziosa, con 3 camere da letto ci possono essere 5 ospiti e gli spazi non ne risentono. Il servizio di accoglienza a distanza è la comunicazione con l’host sono stati davvero semplici e funzionali. Tutto molto bene

Excellent stay!! The apartment was spotless and exactly as described, if not better. It’s very well equipped and thoughtfully prepared, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is great and everything worked perfectly. Communication was smooth and efficient from the beginning. The host was kind, responsive, and genuinely attentive throughout. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The apartment is in a fantastic location with quick and easy access to local tram, metro and bus routes. It’s reasonably priced and you’d struggle to book somewhere so central for the price we paid. The host is responsive and answers queries promptly. The apartment is also in a beautiful building with an operational lift and excellent security. The beds were comfy but 1 of the 3 bedrooms didn’t have air conditioning which could be uncomfortable in very hot weather

Unfortunately we were disappointed that some of the facilities were not as expected. The balcony was full of the host’s laundry which meant we were unable to use the balcony as advertised. We were also disappointed to not receive the complimentary wine, coffee pods and milk Mentioned in the other reviews. Finally we were upset that a cleaner arrived to clean the apartment just after 10am on our departure day. This is despite us paying 15€ per person late check out fees.
