Loft di Design a Porta Venezia

Il loft si trova in una posizione ottima per chi vuole visitare Milano. A pochi passi dalla metro, si trova vicino a corso Buenos Aires. La struttura è molto pulita e ben organizzata. Lo stile moderno ed i colori vivaci rendono l’aspetto estetico molto gradevole .

Pur avendo molti pro , purtroppo ci sono anche molti aspetti negativi. Purtroppo pur essendo provvista di molti utensili, la struttura era carente di prodotti in dotazione . Eravamo in cinque ed il soggiorno era di due notti ed avevamo a disposizione solo un rotolo e mezzo di carta igienica. Non c’era sapone, ma solo cinque bustine di doccia shampoo oppure solo tre cialde di caffè, senza nemmeno una bottiglietta d’acqua.

Great location and easy to take the metro from the Milano Centrales train station (M1 line, exit at Lima stop). You can also walk from the train station which we did when we first arrived. It is about 18min which is doable but with dragging roller bags and carry backpacks it felt long. The apartment is centrally located to metro stops and the Corso Buenos Aires shopping district. There are also plenty of small restaurants, a mini-market and other shops within a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and in good condition. The apartment host was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. This made for a very smooth arrival and departure.

The loft was cute but unusable during the summer heat wave. The air conditioning worked well in the lower level of the apartment but was insufficient to cool off the loft. Our kids had to relocate to the sofa bed in the living room to sleep.

Confortable beds, wonderful shower, lots of space, great amenities and kitchen equipment.

During a particularly hot June heatwave, the AC had a hard time cooling the mezzanine bedroom.

The place is newly refurbished, everything is new, chic and comfortable. The double bedroom is massive! We really liked the design of the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped and there’s a water filter which helped so we didn’t have to buy bottled water. The place is located a few minutes’ walk to the metro and bus stops, as well as the shops. It’s only about 10min from Milano centrale by bus. Raffaele responds quickly and he is very considerate since we broke 2 plates accidentally while we were washing up.

At night, the restaurant next door can get a little bit noisy if they have a lot of customers. But the noise does disappear once they close.
