The flat was great, well-equipped, comfortable and clean. Not far from Stazione Centrale.

The communication with the owners was an absolute nightmare. We wasted an hour and a half waiting to get to the apartment. The person responsible for the communication tried to contact me via Whatsapp without telling me that they're going to do so. I don't use WhatsApp abroad so I didn't receive any message. After one hour of trying to reach them via phone, mail or Booking, and a dozen of failed phone calls, I finally got the message with the question if everything was fine - it was ridiculous given that we did not receive any guidelines on how to get to the flat. When I responded that I need help to get to the apartment, I had to wait another 20 minutes to get the answer. The same problem was in the morning when I tried to contact the owner before leaving - nobody answered via any means of communication. Improve your communication methods, start answering phone calls, and mind that not everybody has to use WhatsApp! In response to the owner's comment to my opinion: I am using the same phone number as the one provided in my Booking account, both for regular phone calls and for WhatsApp, so please do not imply that the 'misunderstanding' as you call it was my fault. Moreover, I had received no guidelines regarding accessing the apartment, especially the code to get the key, and no mail message. I only received one question via Booking after one hour of trying to get to the place. And actually, the information on Booking says that we should receive the key from someone from the service, but nothing is said about the fact that I have to do it myself using some code, so you provide guests with inaccurate information. And I believe that when you run a business renting flats, you should be available for your guests - think of any emergency?
