Excellent quality, comfort & communication.

For us the location could not have been better. The size of the rooms was good and the decoration and quality of fittings were exceptional. The sitting area included a fridge as well as a kettle. The owners even provided separate beach towels - even though we didn't have time to use them.

Not sure that the accommodation could have been improved for what we wanted.

Wet floor in the bathroom every time you had a shower. Parking in the street is limited and not guaranteed however we were lucky and had no problems here and parking right out front.

Very clean, renovated room. The location was very good, practical for all the walks near the center.

Very small room, there was almost no space to open the suitcase. With the suitcase opened, there was no space to move around. We had to open the suitcase every time to get what we needed and close it again.

Stayed 1 night prior to flying home on our long haul flight.

Very clean, new, had everything we needed for our brief stay. Great little cafe, grill spot on the marina about a 5min walk. If you prefer a taxi, they are all around the area.

No lift might be an issue to some but we were fine walking the flights of stairs with our luggage.

Fantastic appartment in an excellent location .

The location is perfect, with short walking distance to the old town, to popular beaches, while still quiet at night. The room was really great, suitable both for 2 or 4 persons. Breakfast, lunch or dinner at restaurant Skalinada was great, and we got 10% discount because we stayed at West Coast Deluxe rooms.

The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. It was the perfect room to refresh after long flights.

The only thing was there was no elevator for luggage and about few flights of stairs to get there (i didn’t check this before hand) which is just something to be aware of.

Mostly everything - very comfortable, clean and well fitted room, nice balcony, excellent location, close both to Marjan and city centre. Very kind and helpful host.

Not worth it

The flat has new furniture, beautifully decorated.

It’s a self check in, with several stairs to climb, no lift. The cleaning person comes only for 2 hours at day so if you sleep a bit more you cannot have your room tidied up. For the same reason, as the host is no there, you are forced to check out on time without any kind of flexibility despite the room is so tiny they can be cleaned up in 30 minutes. The flat is really tiny and have no place for your luggage’s, despite being well decorated it’s missing a luggage stool or some actual space to open your luggage. They squeezed every centimetre to make extra rooms but leaving the room too small in my opinion.

Very modern and luxurious stay! It’s an apartment with four different bedrooms coming off the hallway. The actual building is a bit run down but the bedroom we stayed in was luxury! 10 minute walk from centre.

Lovely clean rooms, exceptional host who was very attentive and contactable, even left a stocked fridge for us! It's in a great location on the marina walk approx 10/15min walk to split centre. breakfast is at a local restaurant and is exceptional.

Easy, Comfortable, Exceeded expectations

I've been in Europe for 4 months and this was one of the best stays yet! Split overall was amazing but the location of our room made it. Expect and enjoy a beautiful walk to the main part of town. When the website said "15 minute walk to palace" I was beyond impressed with how wonderful the walk around the marina was. The breakfast was delicious, we even lost airport time because we wanted to go back for one more meal. Anita was amazing and responsive throughout our time there.
