Nice location & Central to pubs, been when my sons were younger.
Neighbours waking g up early fixing g fence, but it was fine.

Stayed in a few caravans but this one with its own garden was a bonus fenced in meant dogs could wonder in/out safely on a quiet pitch. 5 minutes to beach and unity farm which allows free drinking in its wonky donkey pub with cider place next door. Opposite is fish chips Indian restaurant and other places to eat so don’t have to use sites facilities. Lidl is only 5 minutes away.
