Accommodation was quite spacious and liked having 2 bathrooms

Need to be cleaed a bit better. Cutlery and saucepans needed to be washed before use. Quire dirty under sofas

A lovely cosy cottage

Lovely & quiet. Both showers were good. Comfortable beds. Had a car parking space by the cottage. Good Wi-fi. Cosy lounge area. Had a good cooker.

Taps to the hand basin in the bathroom were stiff. Could have done with a step in the kitchen as we are just 5 foot so we would have been able to reach the top shelf in the kitchen to get glasses. It was awkward to pull the blind down in the en- suite bedroom.

Overall it was good the beds were comfortable and I would recommend it for a short stay

It was clean and had a lot of equipment for all the things I needed

The water pressure in the bathroom sinks was low and the showers need a service

We had a wonderful family stay in a beautifully renovated house.

The house is beautifully decorated and the kitchen stocked with plenty of basics. The underfloor heating was wonderful. Information provided about the property and about the village was provided online and we could have a look before we set off. I was also impressed with the extra 'common' areas (games room and TV nook). We didn't use these, but they would have been good for larger, mixed-age groups.

So enjoyable stay despite the extremely stormy weather.

The property exceeded all expectations. So warm and cosy with everything on hand to make us welcome. Very comfy beds, fluffy towels and welcome basket of all things for drinks and even very tasty biscuits. Such a straightforward hand over with no problems just key in box and returned on leaving. In a beautiful setting although transport is necessary but local pub within walking distance serving excellent meals. Good holiday!!

The quietness, pretty surroundings,the characterfulness of the cottage.

There was nothing we disliked. But we would have liked a few more serving dishes – and a potato peeler!

Everything! Very cosy and the bed was really comfortable! We had everything we needed. Great to have parking outside. Would definately stay again!

A beautiful property - would recommend to anyone!

The Old Stable is fabulous. It has been converted really sympathetically and to a very high standard. The hosts thought of everything and even our toddler settled well in the travel cot kindly provided for us. The downside was that there wasn't much to do without driving anywhere. Lots of supermarket trips in the rain through quite a built up industrial estate wasn't great. Plus the seaside was a let down but that's maybe because our expectations were a little too high. Weston is good for a day trip but no longer. Cannot fault the accommodation though, first class.

Location just 10 minutes drive to Weston-super-Mare and easy access to the ring road to travel to other locations e.g. Wells, Glastonbury. Bedrooms large with King beds. Two bathrooms.

A great place to relax.

Beach and supermarket a few minutes by car. Three kingsize beds. Ensuite downstairs for disabled daughter. Nearby footpath up through woods to hill with view of sea. The meerkat model opposite the pub.

Found temperature setting on the oven difficult because interval markings too few. Easy to set it too high but should always check with unfamiliar oven that not too hot or not hot enough. The main lights occasionally flickered.
