Pretty great, a few things could have been better but still worth it

Amazing location if you are going to peio! Bathroom facilities was amazing! The hotel itself is really great and very welcoming. I enjoyed my stay here.

The light was flickering alot in my room which was really annoying. The bed was mostly clean, but had some dirt on it unfortunately. Bar was little pricey.

Loved it, already looking to go back !

We travelled as a family (Husband, wife & 2 x boys age 24 and15). We stayed half board in February half term (breakfast and evening meal). The breakfast was fantastic, a massive selection of all styles of breakfast available and the coffee was delicious, at evening meal we selected from a wonderful choice of food for the next evening, I liked this as we spent the next day knowing what was available for dinner that evening (but if you changed your mind the staff were also happy to accommodate change). The evening meal consisted of an entrée meal, then a large and varied buffet selection, a starter, a main meal and then desert. The foods was varied and beautifully presented and catered for all tastes. We wanted to see some Italian dishes but our boys also liked their home foods and this hotel catered for all of this ! We had an hour Spa session (we hadn't planned this but it looked so nice we gave it a go) and it was well worth it. They did offer us a free session on set times and days on our arrival but we wanted to choose a different time and day so the 18 Euro's it cost wasn't an issue, I would pay it again for the experience. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. The resort is beautiful, friendly and we loved the atmosphere.

There isn't a a lot I would change to be honest, I guess its all about what you are looking for. This was truly a peaceful enjoyable Ski holiday with just the right amount of drinks/socialising, quiet times and a couple of quaint shops for essentials and gifts.

Lepo je bilo. Hvala celotni ekipi hotela Pejo, ki so nama polepšali lepe dni dopusta.

Odličen zajtrk in večerja, ter popoldanska malica. Osebje hotela zelo prijazno. Lokacija hotela super s svojim parkiriščem, ter hrambo smučarske opreme. Hotel lepo urejen, predvsem pa vse čisto. Zagotovo se drugo leto ponovno vrnemo.

Sehr schöne moderne Zimmer mit eigener Sauna im Zimmer

Angestrahlte Fassade -> Zimmer liess sich nicht komplett verdunkeln. Dauert extrem lange, bis in der Dusche Warmwasser kommt. Keine Kleenex, kein Bademantel, keine Gläser. Wellnessanlage kostet extra. Sehr lauter Speisesaal und hektisches Personal. Keine frischen Früchte beim Frühstück. Ungünstig gelegen, um die Bahn zu erreichen.

Supera le aspettative

Il punto di forza è l'attenzione al cliente e la cortesia del personale, alla mano e disponibile per le richieste e necessità (in particolare Angela e Beatrice). La cena compresa nella mezza pensione è di qualità, con diverse proposte ogni sera tra cui piatti tipici. Anche la colazione a buffet è ricca e variegata. La struttura è curata e accogliente. Le camere non sono moderne come gli spazi comuni ma comunque accoglienti. Buon livello di pulizia.

OTTIMA ACCOGLIENZA

l'accoglienza della persona alla reception, ci ha dato tutte le informazioni possibili, la gentilezza dei camerieri di sala, il cibo era di ottima qualità. Dall'hotel ci sono molte camminate a piedi da fare nella neve.

pensavo che la spa fosse compresa nel prezzo invece quando sono arrivata ho visto che era a pagamento. forse è stata colpa mia a non aver letto bene.... però sarebbe utile fare più chiarezza :)
