Very adequate and pleasant hotel in central Passo Tonale.

Great location, only 2 minute walk to ski lift. Very close to ski rental and ski pass office. Very clean and well maintained rooms with plenty of storage space. Comfy beds. Strong shower. Big heated boot room. Plenty to eat at breakfast. Fantastic coffee, delicious cake and croissants. Would definitely come again.

The white bread rolls at breakfast were a bit disappointing.

Overpriced, not worth the money(except the location)

The small, outdated room lacked hot water amenities and had noisy furniture, significantly impacting my stay.

Overall, comfy rooms, nice staff, good location. Decent skiing considering snow-sparse year.

Breakfast was very nice with a large selection of food. Beverages (tea, coffee, cocoa) self service machine were good. The dining room staff was excellent-waitress was kind, helpful and very efficient! I would recommend to add a few additional items to make it perfect and more diet diverse and diet friendly: for example tomatoes, olives and a spreadable cheese (ricotta or cottage). Game room is fun: fussball, pingpong and board games. Hotel manager was very nice and helpful, as was cleaning staff and dining room staff. Ski storage room conveniently located.

Would be nice to have a small water kettle in the bedroom or a large hot water machine in public area for afternoon tea. Would be nice to have a night light / movement sensor light in the hallways. We tried to get reservations for pool/spa at partner hotels but were unable to do so most evenings due to high booking. Selection of restaurants in Passo is not great-either meat heavy or pizza.

Nice and small town, great loction for skiers.

Great location. Breakfast pretty good. Lovely staff.

The rediator works automatioclly, so you can't change the heating as you want. As a result, there are some hours in the evening that the room is cold and you can do nothing with that.

excellent location.

The location is excellent , right on the main street, with enough parking spaces and very close to the ski slopes, shops and restaurants. The room was small , but warm and very clean. The hotel have an heated ski locker, with comfortable access.

The breakfast was at an average level .The food quality was ok but with lack of variety.

המיקום שלו היה מעולה קרוב להכל : מסעדות חנויות לציוד סקי, סופרמרקט, ותחילת המסלולים. המלון היה סך הכל בסדר לא מעבר. Its location is very good. Close to ski rental, restaurants, and the beginning of the slopes. The hotel was ok in overall but too expensive for a basic 3 stars hotel.

המיטות קשות מידי עד כדי כאב בעצמות. באחד החדרים שלנו ברז המים החמים לא עבד, כשהתלוננו בקבלה הם אמרו שבשבת אין להם פועלים. רק אחרי הרמת הקול עלה בעל המקום עצמו לתקן. The beds are very hard it hurts in the bones. In one of the rooms the hot water didn’t work. When we complained they said that no one works on a Saturday. Only after raising our voices the owner came and fixed it.

Struttura a conduzione familiare ben curata in posizione centrale poco distante da impianti di risalita e con parcheggio riservato agli ospiti. Camera dotata di servizi come Tv, set di cortesia per il bagno con asciugacapelli e asciugamani. Ottima colazione a buffet sia dolce con torte e biscotti fatti in casa che salata con affettati, formaggio. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili a ogni tua richiesta.
