good accommodation, slightly damaged apartment equipment.
Location mentioned in the proposal (booking.com) does not match to the real address of the building. Distance to the nearest ski lift is completely different. Check-in and check out is in Zambotti travel agency which is not mentioned in the proposal and could be confusing.

A little too basic
It was warm. It was clean. Nice view when stood at a certain window.
Very poor communication, never asked if everything is ok, not told how to get our towels/bedding which was a surprise extra cost, reception staff argumentative, no cutlery, no toilet paper, no soap, no door mat (so mud tracks in), unsecured shutter that banged in the wind, not many power outlets, kettle not working, cooker hob doesn't work properly (10mins to boil one cup of water), grit got stuck under the front door making a horrible noise.
